Ryan earned her Master’s in Special Education with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis from Texas Tech University. She resonates with the WKC value of Fun, believing that joyful, engaging experiences create the strongest opportunities for learning and connection. She also aligns with Passion, as she is deeply committed to making meaningful, lasting change in the lives of the children and families she serves.

Brianna West, MA, BCBA | ABA South Clinic Manager
Brianna’s favorite WKC value is Fun, because she believes kids learn so much more when they’re truly enjoying themselves. When learning is enjoyable, clients are more engaged, motivated, and open to new experiences—allowing important skills to be taught in ways that feel natural and memorable.





Amanda Shinall

Amanda Shinall, MA, BCBA
Amanda holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Mississippi, a Master’s from Washington University in St. Louis, and a graduate certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology. She is fluent in ASL and has a strong background as a teacher for the deaf, special education teacher, and early interventionist, with specialized training in language development. Her favorite WKC value is Compassion because she’s here to provide truly compassionate care for every client she serves.



Katie Billingsley

Katie Billingsley, MA, BCBA
Katie earned her Master’s in STEM Leadership from the American College of Education and holds a certificate from Northern Arizona University. She believes she is Compassionate, consistently expressing care for her clients and teammates. Katie is honest about her own struggles, yet always shows up and gives to others.





Cassandra Farrell, MS, BCBA
Cassandra earned her Master’s degree from Ball State University in December 2019 and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in February 2020. She is passionate about trauma-informed care and believes that compassion is the foundation of meaningful progress in therapy.

Her favorite WKC value is Compassion, as she believes that providing genuine care and empathy in every session helps individuals who have experienced trauma feel safe, supported, and understood.
