Parent Support in Colorado Springs, CO
At Whole Kids Co., we believe whole parents raise whole kids. When parents feel supported, empowered, and balanced, children thrive. That’s why we offer a range of counseling services specifically for parents — whether your child is a client here or not.
Whether you’re facing parenting challenges, family stress, or simply need someone to talk to, we’re here for you. Our services are designed to meet you where you are — emotionally, logistically, and even geographically — with options for in-person or telehealth sessions during flexible midday hours.
Individual Parent Support
Sometimes the best way to care for your child is to first care for yourself. Our individual counseling services for parents provide a safe and supportive space to:
- Process the emotional weight of parenting
- Build skills to manage family stress and daily challenges
- Explore your own personal growth and healing
We also offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)for parents who want consistent support for anxiety, depression, or life stressors such as career challenges, relationships, or transitions.
Your time matters — which is why we offer midday sessions (10 AM–2 PM) so you can:
- Meet with a therapist while your child is in services
- Have coffee with a therapist in the morning
- Schedule a lunch session during your workday
- Connect via secure telehealth if you can’t be on-site
Family Counseling
Families are systems — what affects one member impacts the whole. Our family counseling services are available to improve communication, deepen connection, and resolve ongoing challenges. These sessions can include:
- The whole family
- Just the parents/caregivers
- Select members, depending on the need
Family therapy may address:
- Parenting and household dynamics
- Sibling conflict
- Foster or adoption transitions

We support couples working through:

- Stress from parenting a child with complex needs
Whether you’re strengthening your bond or rebuilding trust, we’re here to walk with you both.
