Christie Casimiro, LPC, BCBA, TBRI Practitioner | Founder & CEO
Christie earned her Master’s degree in Professional Counseling and a Graduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from Amberton University and Texas Tech University. She also holds a Practitioner Certification in Trust-Based Relational Intervention® (TBRI®) through Texas Christian University. She is deeply committed to the WKC value of Wholeness and believes that balance across faith, family, and mission is the foundation for meaningful, lasting impact—for both the families served and the teams who support them.
Executive Team
Megan earned her Master’s degree in Counseling and Human Services from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, with dual licensure in School Counseling and Licensed Professional Counseling. She connects deeply with the WKC core value of Compassion, which she sees as the grounding force that allows us to hold space for others with empathy and respect. Compassion encourages us to respond to more than just behaviors—it invites us to understand the whole person. Megan also values Fun, recognizing its power to build trust and connection with children. At Whole Kids Co., she believes fun creates an engaging, safe, and collaborative environment for both kids and staff.
Ryan Martinez, BCBA | ABA Director
Ryan earned her Master’s in Special Education with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis from Texas Tech University. She resonates with the WKC value of Fun, believing that joyful, engaging experiences create the strongest opportunities for learning and connection. She also aligns with Passion, as she is deeply committed to making meaningful, lasting change in the lives of the children and families she serves.
Tiffany Lukenbill | Business Director
Tiffany serves as our Business Director and brings extensive expertise in pediatric healthcare operations. Known for her strategic mindset and heart-forward approach, she ensures our systems run smoothly while supporting the needs of both staff and families. She resonates most with the WKC value of Integrity, believing in leading with honesty, strong morals, and a genuine heart for others—both in her personal life and in the workplace.

Emma Phillips, OTR/L | Pediatric Rehab Manager
Erin Hess, LCSW | Counseling Manager
Erin earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Work in 2015, followed by her Master’s in 2017, and became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) that same year. Her career has been centered on direct care with individuals and families, with a background in parent–child therapy, substance abuse treatment, and supporting victims of domestic violence and trafficking. Since joining Whole Kids in 2019—with TBRI training already under her belt—Erin knew she had found the right place. She has a deep passion for meeting people where they are and helping them get to where they want to be, which is why Compassion is the WKC value that resonates with her most.
Brianna West, BCBA | ABA South Manager
Brianna’s favorite WKC value is Fun, because she believes kids learn so much more when they’re truly enjoying themselves. When learning is enjoyable, clients are more engaged, motivated, and open to new experiences—allowing important skills to be taught in ways that feel natural and memorable.

Tracie Weathers | AR & Billing Manager
Tracie is our AR & Billing Manager and earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Phoenix. She is passionate about healthcare revenue operations, thriving on solving complex problems, creating efficient workflows, and ensuring a positive financial experience for families. Tracie also works diligently behind the scenes so WKC’s providers can feel at ease, knowing claims are updated for full and timely payout. Her favorite WKC value is Passion, and she’s proud to be part of a company that goes above and beyond for both employees and patients.
Lauren West | Regional Office Manager
Lauren’s professional background is built on years of hands-on experience in leadership and client relations. She’s developed her expertise through real-world practice, adaptability, and a deep commitment to excellence. Her specialties include relationship-building, adaptability, and getting things done—all with professionalism and personality. Lauren takes pride in being dependable and making every interaction enjoyable for clients and coworkers alike. Her favorite WKC value is Determination, because no matter what challenges arise, she stays focused on finding solutions and following through.
Yoselin Herrera | Marketing & Events Manager
Yoselin earned her BBA in Marketing from Sam Houston State University in 2020. She combines creativity, strategy, and collaboration to lead marketing campaigns, events, and brand initiatives at Whole Kids Co. Yoselin works closely with the team to showcase their expertise and create meaningful experiences for both families and staff. Her favorite WKC value is Passion, as she loves marketing and seeing how her work positively impacts the Whole Kids Co. community.
